Am very happy to have raised awareness of mops! Did the HK mops have any stories to tell? Were they different from, say, Shanghai mops or Dongbei/Hebei mops?
I've been living in Shanghai for a little over a month, but Jinqiao dosen't seem to have the same amount of mops as the rest of the city. However, I was just down in Hong Kong for a week, and I saw them EVERYWHERE. The friends I was traveling with could not figure out why I kept dissolving into laughter every time we'd pass a mop leaning against a wall, a building, a fence, a gate… Thank you!
